Amounts are in INR. Provider records use their creation date in IST and their latest verified status. Refunds appear in their own period. Collections, wallet funding and settlements are separate; bank credits must be checked against your statement. Fees include provider-reported tax; tax is shown as a component, never subtracted twice.
Cash in. Cash out.
Sales collections are shown separately from wallet funding and gift purchases. Settlements are transfers to the bank, not another receipt or an expense. Wallet redemptions and cashback are internal movements.

Wallet, cashback & promotional credit
Cashback granted is promotional wallet credit. It is not an immediate bank payout. Purchased and promotional credits share a wallet balance; exact bonus-only redemption is not separately attributable. These wallet figures cover all users and sites in this period.
Internal wallet spend is not a second bank receipt. Promotional credit and bonuses are not customer cash. These figures show the whole ecosystem for this period; account and site filters above apply to provider records.
Operating costs & employee payments
Recorded payments come from your private costs desk and need bank-statement checks. Employee payments are included in costs, not added twice. Planned costs are unpaid. These are cash-movement figures, not profit, bank balance or tax calculations. Cost filters follow the account and site; provider classifications do not filter costs.
Manage costs and payment history · Manage employeesMonthly reports · saved snapshots and email copies
Save a monthly summary for your records. Reuse it for downloads and repeat email copies. Refresh only when you want an updated version after later ledger changes. No scheduled job or automatic email runs.
Choose a month. The previous complete month is selected by default.
Current-month reports are provisional. Each version records its generation time and fingerprint. “Accepted” means Zoho accepted the email, not that inbox delivery was confirmed. An uncertain send is never retried automatically.
Inventory · current position
Stock is fetched directly from connected product apps when you press Refresh. Counts are current at the reported observation time; they are not historical closing stock for a selected earlier date. Missing sources are shown as unavailable. Retail selling prices are never used as inventory cost.
Stock valuation, opening assets, bank balances, creditors and depreciation are not configured. This is an operational records view, not a completed balance sheet or tax return. No GST calculation or input-tax-credit claim is generated.

Wallet balance is compared with its immutable ledger across all users, at this moment. Capture checks compare local live records with provider evidence for the selected period. Differences need review; unsynced provider records are not treated as balanced.

For your accounts
Sales collections are shown separately from funding and internal checks. Unclassified receipts need review. Revenue recognition, product GST and expense deductions require invoice and expense evidence; this is a reconciliation report, not a tax calculation. Settlement UTRs are exported for comparison with your bank statement. Record business costs and employee payments in Costs & payments, then match references against your bank statement.
